Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jinxed platform, including JinxedGrid, JinxedAIO, Account Creator, Unban Appealer, VPS services, and any related tools or services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service is operated by Jinxed (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Jinxed provides a suite of automation and management tools for Old School RuneScape (OSRS) accounts. Our products include:

  • JinxedGrid — A desktop application for managing multiple OSRS accounts, proxies, and bot sessions from a single dashboard.
  • JinxedAIO — A bot script supporting multiple OSRS skills and activities.
  • Account Creator — An automated tool for creating OSRS accounts.
  • Unban Appealer — An automated system for submitting ban appeals.
  • VPS Resale — Pre-configured virtual private servers optimized for running bot sessions.
  • Proxy Integration — Built-in proxy management available through Grid subscription tiers.

We are a tool provider. We build and maintain software. We do not operate your accounts, make decisions on your behalf, or guarantee any particular outcome from using our tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • You must provide a valid email address for account communications.
  • You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you interact with through our tools.

5. Licensing and HWID

Hardware ID (HWID) Binding

Your license is bound to your hardware via a Hardware ID (HWID) system.

  • Each license supports up to 2 machines simultaneously.
  • HWID resets are available once every 30 days through your dashboard.
  • Additional HWID resets may be granted on a case-by-case basis by contacting support.
  • Attempting to circumvent or spoof HWID checks is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate termination.

License Scope

  • Licenses are non-transferable. You may not sell, lend, or give your license to another person.
  • Licenses are tied to the subscription tier you purchased and the features included in that tier.
  • Downgrading your subscription tier will immediately restrict access to features not included in the lower tier.

6. Payment Terms

Payment Methods

All payments are processed through BTCPay Server using cryptocurrency. We accept Bitcoin (BTC) and other supported cryptocurrencies as displayed at checkout.

Billing Cycles

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
  • Annual plans receive a discount as advertised at the time of purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle. You will be notified at least 14 days before any price change takes effect on your next renewal.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is not received, your access to paid features will be suspended until payment is resolved. We are not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion.

7. Refund Policy

  • First subscription: You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
  • Crypto payments after 7 days: No refunds are available due to blockchain transaction finality.
  • Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds are available within the first 30 days of purchase.
  • No refunds will be issued for account bans, third-party service disruptions, or any outcome resulting from your use of the tools.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any part of the Service or its output.
  • Share your account credentials or license keys with any third party.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Attempt to circumvent licensing protections, HWID checks, or rate limits.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm other individuals.
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Jinxed or claim to act on our behalf.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are a tool provider. We do not control how you use our software, and we are not responsible for the consequences of your actions.

  • We are not liable for any bans, suspensions, or penalties imposed on your OSRS accounts or any other third-party accounts.
  • We are not liable for lost revenue, lost accounts, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • We make no guarantees about ban rates, success rates, gold per hour, or any other performance metric.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Service Availability

  • We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via Discord and the web dashboard when possible.
  • We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services, network issues, or events outside our control.

11. Termination

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to paid features until that date.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes.
  • Behavior that harms the Service or its community.

Upon termination, your license is revoked and you must cease all use of the Service. No refund is owed for terminations resulting from Terms violations.

12. Intellectual Property

All code, branding, documentation, and other materials associated with Jinxed are our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or reference third-party platforms, services, or content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

  1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication via our support channels.
  2. Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the rules of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Class actions and jury trials are waived.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or announcement on our platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
