Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy outlines exactly when and how you can get your money back. No hidden conditions.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your first subscription to any Jinxed product comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee.

  • Applies to your first purchase only — not subsequent renewals or additional product subscriptions.
  • Request your refund within 7 days of the original payment date.
  • Full refund, no questions asked.
  • Refund is issued in the original cryptocurrency at the USD-equivalent value at the time of refund.

After 7 Days — Monthly Plans

Refunds are not available on monthly subscriptions after the 7-day window.

Cryptocurrency transactions are final on the blockchain. Once confirmed, we cannot reverse them, and we do not issue refunds for completed billing cycles.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges and you retain access through the end of your current billing period.

Annual Plans — 30-Day Pro-Rated Refund

If you purchased an annual plan and wish to cancel within the first 30 days:

  • You are eligible for a pro-rated refund based on unused months.
  • The refund amount is calculated as: (Remaining full months / 12) x Annual price paid
  • Partial months are not refunded.
  • Refund is issued in cryptocurrency at the USD-equivalent value at the time of refund.

After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable. You retain access for the remainder of your annual term.

What We Do NOT Refund

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Account bans — We are a tool provider. Bans on your OSRS accounts or any third-party platform are outside our control and responsibility.
  • Third-party service disruptions — Downtime or changes by Jagex, proxy providers, VPS providers, or any other third party.
  • Expectation mismatch — Differences between expected and actual gold/hour rates, ban rates, or account longevity. We make no guarantees on these metrics.
  • Terms violations — Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Chargebacks — Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of going through our refund process will result in permanent account termination.
  • Bundle downgrades — Switching from a higher-tier bundle to a lower one mid-cycle. You can downgrade at renewal.

Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days.
  • Refunds are sent to the wallet address you provide in your refund request.
  • Blockchain network fees on refund transactions are deducted from the refund amount.

Exceptions

We handle edge cases on a case-by-case basis. If you have a situation not covered here, reach out to support. We are reasonable people.
