Jinxed (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates JinxedGrid, JinxedAIO, and related services. This policy applies to all Jinxed products, including the desktop application, web dashboard, and any APIs or integrations.

Payment Information
All payments are processed through BTCPay Server. We do not store your cryptocurrency wallet addresses or transaction keys. BTCPay processes your payment and provides us with:
- Transaction confirmation status
- Payment amount and currency
- Invoice identifier
We do not have access to your wallet or funds beyond the specific transaction.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data for:
- Service delivery — Running your subscriptions, enforcing licenses, delivering farm reports.
- Analytics — Understanding how features are used so we can build better tools. Telemetry is aggregated and anonymized before analysis.
- Security — Detecting abuse, preventing unauthorized access, enforcing rate limits.
- Communications — Sending license confirmations, farm reports, renewal reminders, and service announcements. We do not send marketing spam.
- Service improvement — Identifying bugs, performance bottlenecks, and feature opportunities.
4. Data Sharing
We Do Not Sell Your Data
Period. Your personal information is not sold to third parties.
Limited Sharing
We may share data only in these situations:
- BTCPay Server — Payment processing. BTCPay is self-hosted and does not share your data with external parties.
- Infrastructure providers — Our hosting and infrastructure partners process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
- Anonymized telemetry — Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be used for public benchmarks or marketing.
- Legal compliance — If required by law, court order, or regulatory authority. We will notify you if legally permitted to do so.

After the retention period, data is permanently deleted from our systems and backups.

- Delete your data — Request deletion of your account and associated data. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
- Export your data — Request a machine-readable export of your data.

7. Security Measures
We take data security seriously. Measures include:
- Encryption at rest — All stored data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption.
- Encryption in transit — All communications between your device and our servers use TLS 1.2+.
- Password hashing — Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with appropriate cost factors. We never store plaintext passwords.
- Access controls — Internal access to user data is restricted on a need-to-know basis.
- Regular audits — We review our security practices and infrastructure regularly.
- HWID hashing — Hardware identifiers are hashed before storage. We cannot reverse-engineer your hardware configuration.
No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a breach that affects your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.
8. Cookies and Tracking
Desktop Application
The JinxedGrid desktop app does not use cookies. It communicates with our API for licensing, telemetry, and feature delivery.
Web Dashboard
The web dashboard uses minimal cookies:

9. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Data
Our servers may be located in various jurisdictions. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place regardless of where data is processed.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
